Our Outreach

Our Community is our Answer

In order for the future of STEAM and FIRST Robotics to flourish, it has to be shared among the future computer scientists, engineers, publicists, and designers of the world and the communities they encompass. When we display and demonstrate FTC and FRC to our local middle and new high schools, and then help them start up their own FTC teams, it helps foster a new and more technologically advanced future for all of us. Our Answer is Our Community, a community embedded in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.

Blue Week: SRO Appreciation

We would like to thank our Student Resource Officers for all that they've done for us, whether protecting us from outside threats to redirecting end of the day car traffic. They mean the world to us and we couldn't do what we do safely without them.

Rouse's Trunk or Treat

To be a part of all the Halloween season fun, the robotics team collaborated by making our own mini-game recycled from previous FTC games and PVC tubing, and we also brought out Fernando, our 2017 FRC robot, to drive around and demonstrate what are robotics team is about... fun!

Maker's Fair

We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth. Maker Fair is part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new! As a celebration of the Maker Movement, it's a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness. Maker's Fair gathers together tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, food artisans, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors. Makers come to show their creations and share their learnings. Attendees flock to Maker Fair to glimpse the future and find the inspiration to become Makers themselves.
